Ramp DOWN (not stop therapy) setting?
I have a Resmed Aircurve 10 I've been using since 2019. My husband recently purchased a blood oxygen overnight logger and we found disturbing drops in 02. Tweaking machine and mask has definitely improved overall readings but, each evening for the first hour or so, I fall asleep very quickly and have numerous ODI 3 and 4% events. AFter about an hour of sleep, the 02 levels out to an acceptable >95% mostly.
Is there possibly a way to program (or cheat) the Aircurve to start with higher pressures and "ramp down" to my normal settings rather than ramp down to session end?

Myself, it doesn't sound like a feature that you're going to find. What exactly is going on with therapy that you need higher pressures to start then reducing later?
Are you using OSCAR charts to track your therapy?
You should update your user info left panel data. It's a mixed info old and new machine info.

I'm not positive, but maybe setting your start pressure several points higher than you currently use would get you started with that higher pressure and only drop when you don't need as much. I think it's worth trying.
