Recent diagnosis- first APAP night - could do with some help interpreting
Hi folks,
This is my first night on CPAP. I set pressures 6-15 to start and EPR off. I put all other settings like humidifier, temp etc on auto. Using n30i. I was diagnosed with 26.7 I believe AHI.
Would love your view on my first night and what you think I could adjust going forward. I've attached a screenshot. Please let me know if I can optimise the way I share the data if helpful!

Welcome to Apnea Board. Good start, but to take it to the next level, Increase minimum pressure to 7.0 and turn on EPR full-time at setting 3. EPR is exhale pressure relief and converts your CPAP into a BiPAP with 3-cm of pressure support. This will eliminate most flow limitations so your 95% flow limits go from 0.09 to nearly zero. This results in lower inspiratory effort, more comfort, less pressure variations and more satisfying sleep. Lucky you! You got a Resmed Airsense 11 in the UK instead of the crap most people on the health program get like the Sefam S Box.
