Recommendations for my wife's settings

My wife has been using her Airsense 11 for about a year and often has problems with her masks and leaks. She has tried the F20, nose pillows, other full facemasks and cannot find one that she is comfortable with and doesn't leak. She gets frustrated with leaks and will sometimes stop therapy for the night. She is currently using a Resmed F30 I believe. Not sure of the model.

Any recommendations for a side/stomach sleeper for a good mask to prevent leaks.

Also, are there any changes that could be made to her machine that could help her therapy?

Did your wife have a lot of CAs in her sleep study?  If you don't know please post a copy of her redacted sleep study.  If you don't have a copy ask her doctor's office for one.  Under US law they have to provide it if you ask.

Once we see a study we will know whether or not to use EPR.

Her median start pressure is over 8, so please set her start pressure to 8.

If she is still using ramp turn it off.  She doesn't need it now, and any time she turns her machine back on it restarts again, robbing her of needed therapy.
