Yes, I think it'd be good to go back to the settings that were serving you so well. And too bad about the cervical collar, but you've given it several tries and it's no go.

One other thought about clustered events or flow limitations: do you use several pillows or a single high pillow? If so, you might try a fairly low and firm pillow to see whether that helps.

     I use 1 pillow but it might be to high ..
I will look around for a thinner one ..
     I will check back in a few days after I find one 
and try it ..

     I found a thin pillow have used it for 3 nights ..
AHI on 3/2  .97 on 3/3  1.47 last night here is the chart ..
