RE: resmed aircurve10 ST-A bought
Thanks Sleeprider and SarcasticDave94 (I have a sarcasticDave friend) for the info. I am slowly doing lots of research since just starting treatment. A senior and retired gives me a new topic to work on, so thanks for the help getting started.

It can help give a ballpark rate. I used median for mine after seeing what the ST-A test gave. Which I think I used 10 for mine. I've got COPD and breathe slow.

RE: resmed aircurve10 ST-A bought
Welcome to ApneaBoard Relative.  I had the ST (A) about 3 and 1/2 years ago (Ivaps).  There are a lot of settings and timing controls.  In post #9, Sleeprider gives the numbers for your initial set up.

It can take some time getting all of these settings correct for you personally.  The best thing to do is not to get overwhelmed with it in the beginning.  If it feels to aggressive for you, we can always dial back the numbers a little bit.

using resmed aircurve10 ST-A
This is a great forum, hard to get good info on apnea machines.
I have moved from a resmed airsense10 autoset to a more complicated aircurve10 ST-A machine.
After a lot of research and setup help from Sleeprider, I was able to use my bipap machine with some success.
I have Heart Failure, concerned that I am on the right path and that numbers are reasonable.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I have attached my aircurve10 sta settings and 1 image of my previous airsense10 autoset and 1 image of my aircurve10 sta graphs.

RE: Relative - Resmed Aircurve10 ST-A Therapy Help
I had the ST(A) IVAPS several years ago.

In your recent post with Ivaps, you could probably raise your max epap and max ipap by at least one.  Try raising both by 1 each.  The reasoning is the H's you have.  You have a cluster at one point of H's in your chart as well.  If you still have H's after raising your epap and ipap by 1, you can raise each by 2, etc.

0.21 95th percentile flow limitations with the Autoset is way too much.  ST(A) is doing a much better job for you IMO.

You may come to a point where you have raised your pressure(s) as much as you can tolerate and still have H's.  Then you might possibly try some positional apnea techniques to see if they might help you as well.

It's difficult to interpret your current settings from the Oscar display. It would help if you describe the settings for EPAP, IPAP, PS, iBR, Target vent rate, etc in a post.  The iVAPS titration protocol is complicated and is not well described by the Oscar settings summary.
