I've been under treatment for about 20 years and am generally doing well, but since I had COVID I have daytime fatigue and sleepiness. I've got complex sleep apnea, about 3 times as many central apneas as obstructive. I recently purchased an ASV machine out of pocket (long story) and I find I sleep longer and wake up less often. My AHI is much improved with the ASV. I programed user defined events in OSCAR to find near apneas, i.e. 99% reduction in airflow for 8 seconds. i have a significant number of these and wonder if I am having arousals as a result. I've got a Wellue O2 ring and log my O2 levels regularly. I've also got a Go2Sleep ring, and a Samsung watch. None of these are reliable for detecting arousals, and none are better than the Wellue combined with the AirCurve data in OSCAR in general.
Has anyone had experience with a ring, watch or some other consumer product that's reliable at detecting arousals?
