Reras or PLM spikes?

Reras or PLM spikes?
Any way to tell if these spike-ups are due to reras or PLM related instead?

RE: Reras or PLM spikes?
Can you include the "Movement" chart as well (to see if movements "line up" with the spikes)?

Not sure what movement chart your referring too although I do have a night camera I use to monitor sleep and typically every spike will correlate with some type of movement like briefly moving leg or arm or a slight body twitch.

RE: Reras or PLM spikes?
I actually support the label of periodic breathing (PB) without the CSR. As I said, CSR is a form of periodic breathing, and there are a half dozen others as well. It's a lot easier to explain PB and call it CSR when appropriate, than it is to talk someone down after Oscar diagnoses them with CSR.

RE: Reras or PLM spikes?
My apologies. Movement is not one of the 13 graphs in OSCAR.
I have seen some charts with the movement along with them. Must have been sleep studies.

The movement parameter is part of the Wellue oximeter data.

RE: Reras or PLM spikes?
Thank you Red for the clarification.
From what your camera has recorded during sleep (you stated each spike is in the flow rate chart is accompanied by either a leg or arm or body twitch or some movement. Do you remember if you had a lot of PLM's on your sleep study?

RE: Reras or PLM spikes?
After looking at all of the evidence, it seems a little more likely they are PLM related.
My reasoning is: your camera recordings at night (some type of movement with each spike you said). Also, your flow rate chart is very clear and quiet through all of this (only one small spike in your flow rate chart while you have about 15-20 or so breathing spikes). I may be wrong, and other may want to post as well. What do you think?
