RE: ResMed AirCurve 10 ASV Setup
Welcome to the forum,

We collectively have helped many with this.
Without additional info we would suggest the standard default settings.
Normally these units come with the doctors prescribed settings already programmed in.

Default settings in ASVauto: EPAP min 4.0, EPAP max 15.0, PS min 3.0, PS max 15.0.  Adjust accordingly.  If patient has previous CPAP or bilevel experience, then set EPAP min to prevent OA.

RE: ResMed AirCurve 10 ASV Setup
I've seen it around a bit. That is the same as the one I've since retired as my lungs decided the ASV was not up to par for me and my Complex Apnea and COPD. For you and your Central Apnea, it'll do great.

As suggested above, follow ResMed titration steps. My suggestion is to run it as ASVAuto that has 4 pressure related settings, you'll be up and running great therapy very fast.
