Yeah, I've noticed that my heart rate seems to spike at certain times, they seem to correlate with RERAs, OAs, and/or movement though I'm not sure. My sleep doctor didn't make mention of it, but I've definitely noticed feeling better in the morning when my heartrates are more consistently lower
