ResScan data

ResScan data
How long does it take for the machine to register the entire night's worth of data? When I woke up this morning I immediately put the card into the computer and there seemed to be incomplete information. That is, it did not show the entire night's worth of data. Thanks!

RE: ResScan data
Resmed machines typically finish writing the data to the card within a minute or two, maybe 5 at the most after you turn the machine off.

But data that crosses NOON (machine time) will be split across two days in ResScan. Although it sounds silly, it is worth checking what time your machine thinks it is and comparing that to another clock. If the machine's clock is off, resetting the clock should prevent the problem in the future.

RE: ResScan data
It's most likely the internal clock as Robysue points out.
I have noticed that for summary data, the software sometimes does not cross midnight (my clock is right on.)
For example, today when reviewing a summary of last night, I had to tell it I wanted April 10 and April 11 to get the entire night.
It never gives me an issue with detailed data graphs.

Also if you,re using ResScan and the missing data is 'detailed data' ... follow the instruction post #2

SleepyHead is less complicated and you only click on 'import' next to SD card symbol

RE: ResScan data
Ok thanks for letting me know about the internal clock. It was indeed off by the same number of hours missing on my report. I adjusted it.
