[Equipment] UARS diagnosis - Which machine should I get?
RE: UARS diagnosis - Which machine should I get?
I don't see any reason to make changes. I would say you are now in the hold/adapt phase where you commit to use and give your body weeks/months to fully adapt to ASV/PAP use, during this time focus less on the data (it doesn't tell us much at this point since you don't have apnea or obvious flow limitations) and more on how you feel.

Assuming these are ideal settings you should slowly begin to feel more and more comfortable with ASV and like you are starting to get better quality sleep. Your tiredness should begin to improve and other symptoms may also improve.
