Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset Misbehaving

Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset Misbehaving
Hi folks! Somewhere around the beginning of December, I started getting some high AHI numbers from this 4-year-old machine. Like 18-28. I was aghast but wasn't feeling fatigued or anything. So I started fooling around with masks. I was using a Mirage FX, so  I tried Simplus and Amara full. Kind of the same results. I live in Mexico, so I took down my poor reviled recalled, but not recalled, Series 60 Auto. Used it for 5 nights with the same settings and a filter - I am aware of mold potential and I don't use them regularly- well under 5 or just over AHI for the 5 nights trial.

Do these Resmed units ever go bad? I have DME here but they aren't interested in doing anything but resetting everything to default using the cellular link. Can the Resmed be picking up something the Series 60 isn't? How can there be such a divergence between machines?

BTW this morning when I tried to check data from last, Oscar showed only 26 minutes of whacko data. So I tried Sleepyhead with the same SD. All the data was there.

I appreciate your responses.....thanks

There is no way of knowing without data - Oscar or sleepyhead. Please post what you have and if you don’t have any I would reformat the SD card and get the data tonight and post.

Please post the data. We may see something that indicates the cause of your high AHI. Otherwise it's a guessing game.
