Resmed Airsense 11

Is anyone having issues with rain out using the Resmed Airsense 11 auto set ? I have tried everything after getting My machine back from Resmed, they said they fixed the hot plate ? My tubing never gets warm and very little water is being used. I wake up and have to breathe hard to get air and water comes out of My mask. Changed humidifier settings, tried auto and manual, tried changing hose temperature, nothing works. I pull out My previous unit and it works fine, I’m confused. First time in 20 years having trouble, I think the 11 is a pos. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Seems like I've heard more bad about the 11 than I have good. I have a 10 and it's great. 

Rain out seems to be an issue with many. My machine sits on top of a bedside stand (mattress height) and I use a hose hanger that sits on top of our heard board. I also use a hose cover. 

I've never experienced any kind, form, or type of rain out. The hose hanger pretty much guarantees no rain out possibility. If you don't have one, you need to give one a try.

I have an Airsense 11 and when I experienced dry mouth my sleep technician said to increase the humidity and that would help. I set the humidity to a 5. And it did help although I had to deal with rainout. So I increased the hose temperature to 84 and I haven't had a problem with it. Hope this helps.

I think it does.  I have it set to 84.  Some people buy a hose cover which can help.
