Settings Adjustment for Higher Elevation

Settings Adjustment for Higher Elevation
My wife and I are both using pap therapy and are about to go on a trip to a lot higher elevation and was wondering what pressure adjustments we needed to make on our machines. We presently live where the elevation is around 300 feet and will be staying at a place that is 9000 feet. I know the last time we went to this location my AHI went way up and I felt horrible the whole time. I was hoping that adjusting our machines will help this time around. I am using an AirCurve 10 and my settings right now are 18/14 PS 3. My wife is using an AirSense 10 for Her with settings at 11/7 EPR 3. Thanks.
