Settings Help
Hey everyone, I've been sleeping a ton lately (~ 10 hours a night) but still feeling like crap when I wake up. I'm currently using min pressure 6.4, max 20, and EPR set to 3. Anyone else experience this or have any tips? Would really appreciate some advice!

Thanks!

RE: Settings Help
I would move the min pressure up.  I would try 9 for a night and see how that makes you feel.  Really 6 is not very high and would be used for a younger person.  These pap machines are used for children also.

Thanks for your suggestion! I’m curious—could you share how you arrived at the minimum pressure of 9? I'd love to understand the reasoning behind it.

RE: Settings Help
I used 9 by looking where the pressure was when you had your O and H events and 9 would take care of most of those and 6 would be your exhale pressure.
