RE: Should I be happy with a 1-2 AHI average
It is the 4th OSCAR screen that is best for posting here. Please make a full screenshot that shows the settings for future attachments.
Yes, you can go for improving therapy by fine-tuning your pressure settings and EPR. A smoother pressure line is a goal by many to prevent APAP pressure changes.
There is a YouTube video by a polysomnograph technician that claims the Med pressure under Statistics is an indication of what the Min. pressure should be and the 95% pressure shows what is a good setting for Max. Search CPAP Reviews on YouTube for the videos.
In your case, I can see where a higher min. could supply a more consistent therapy to smooth out the jagged pressure line on the graph. 5.4 cm is very low. Some would say it is not an adult therapy pressure and your Med pressure of 8.2 cm agrees. Your Max setting looks good.
Turing Ramp off and EPR on at 3 are often suggested here for therapy improvement.
You may want to consider at least 7 cm for Min. pressure and see if your pressure line smoothes out which is beneficial to sleep. It is a curiosity to me how you arrived at such a low Min. setting.

RE: Should I be happy with a 1-2 AHI average
I appreciate the input! I do currently have the ramp off and the EPR at 3. The initial low setting was 4 from when I received the machine. I've slowly moved it up little by little.
RE: Should I be happy with a 1-2 AHI average
Looks like by raising your Min. setting you are on the path to excellent PAP therapy that is keeping you from that extremely severe AHI of your sleep study.
By raising the Min. the pressure up swings should lessen and even lower AHIs may appear. If your EPR 3 is comfortable then no need to adjust it.
Getting a proper Min. setting will help with sleep quality since pressure swings can disturb sleep. The less distance between Min and Max the better.

Interesting....I didn't know that about the distance between the lines. Thanks for that info!
RE: Should I be happy with a 1-2 AHI average
I am not referring to the distance between the two lines I am referring to the distance between the peaks and valleys of the red line. The green line is EPR pressure and follows the peaks and valleys no matter what. Its distance from the red line shows at what level EPR is being used 1, 2, or 3.
The concept is to bring Min. and Max pressure numbers closer together not the two lines. As optimum Min pressure is found there is less need for a high Max pressure. The goal is to have a more stable therapy with few pressure swings.

Got it. Thanks for the clarification!
