Sleep Apnea and Insomnia

Sleep Apnea and Insomnia
I am trying to set up my Resmed Aircurve 10 and am hoping for some advice. I realized recently that pics of my Oscar data is probably completely un helpful as some nights I have the mask on but am up all night so it's hard for me to get anything out of looking at the charts.
I have Moderate OSA but also have some central apneas. I wear a full face mask. I don't use the humidifier. I have often found that it's not very comfortable trying to exhale.
My last sleep study showed I needed a high pressure (15+) to stop the events but because the high pressure caused some central events they told me I had to have lower pressures (around 8 or so) which did not stop me from having apneas where I would wake up a lot not breathing.. My sleep report actually recommended "suboptimal" treatment so I am not seeing that doctor anymore as she was dishonest with me about the study.
I have set up another appt at a different sleep center but that isn't till October.
I think I can make some changes myself if I have more information and know what to look for.
What are some good settings to begin with on VAuto?
IPAP
EPAP
T Max
T Min
Trigger
Cycle
PS
I'm trying to work on my insomnia through some natural supplements but am on 100mg of Seroquel just to try and get a few hours of sleep a night. However when I finally fall asleep I often wake up gasping for air from the apnea.

Julia;
Its much easier to suggest adjustment numbers with OSCAR charts ..  Please post a higher pressure and a lower pressure chart ..
If You have Your sleep study posting that would also help ..
Mention sleep times and which mask was being used ..  Many folks on this site can help ..  Its easier with the starting numbers
Your Doctor started You with ..

This may or may not work to help you attach and upload more documents.

1.  Click on "UserCP" at the very top right corner of this page.

2.  Look under "Menu" on the left hand side.

3.  Then go way down to "Miscellaneous".

4.  Click on "Manage Attachments".   You may need to delete some of your old attachments in order to upload some new ones (there is a limited amount of total files (memory) that can be uploaded).

I find it interesting that your doctor allows an AHI of 5.7, saying that's acceptable. Still untreated though.

Anyway, it didn't have the breakdown of events.

I think your current pressures might be unnecessarily be adding to Central Apnea, and possibly less than ideal comfort. Reduce PS to 4 not what I saw as 6.6. The Min pressure 4 needs to go up, suggest just under median to 6. or 6.2.

Set Cycle back to Medium.
Mask Primer

Positional Apnea

Attach OSCAR, etc.
