Sleep Cycle Data Discrepancy

Sleep Cycle Data Discrepancy
I have an airsense11, use an F30 mask, wear an Apple Watch to bed every night.
I have the Apple Health app and the Resmed myAir app on my iPhone 15+.

The sleep cycle data never agree.
For example, last night the Apple Health app said my rem was 28%, light/core was 62% and deep sleep was 9%.
The Resmed myAir app said rem was 25%,light/core was52% and deep sleep was 22%.

Any thoughts?
TIA
Dominic

RE: Sleep Cycle Data Discrepancy
Since both are subjective and not tied to a true EEG, I wouldn't trust either. If anything, pick one and use it as a daily comparison guide stick based on how you feel.

RE: Sleep Cycle Data Discrepancy
Thanks.
What is confusing to me is that on the myAir app, it says "Apple Health".
That would make me think the data is coming from the same source.
Not sure what is going on, but I will follow your advice.

Thanks again,
