Sleep charts literacy tips

Sleep charts literacy tips
Recently, I started loading my CPAP and O2Ring data to OSCAR.
Whenever I want to get any insights or make any adjustments to my device settings, I post my screenshots to this form where the kind members help, thankfully.

To be more independent, and not consume the time of people with many posts (some of them could be trivial questions), how can I read those charts?

What are the most important things to look at, and what should be the expectations? To me, every single chart is clear by itself, but I cannot draw insight and conclusions just like the other good people here. I understand that it is not something that I can comprehend and master easily and quickly, but some hints may help save time and effort while tuning my device for better therapy.

It is maybe good to mention that, my insurance plan does not cover sleep therapy and I bought the device myself. Similarly, visiting a sleep clinic for machine fine-tuning is costly and not covered by my insurance as well. This is why I try to educate myself on this task.

Thanking your time in reading and responding in advance.
