SleepImage versus O2 Ring and maybe SleepHQ
What are the thoughts on using SleepImage to help optimize? I have an O2 ring and it isn't clear what more SleepImage is doing versus say using the ring with SleepHQ. I sort of seems its a fancier report than what the O2 Insight Pro software spits out for a lot more money.
