SleepyCan234435 - Oscar Data Analysis
Hello all, first time poster here. I just got an SD card and started tracking my CPAP experience using OSCAR - I want to understand if there's anything I can do in the CPAP settings to optimize my therapy following some nights of inconsistency in my sleep as a result of taking the mask off when I'm asleep. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

RE: New User to OSCAR, help optimizing settings?
I would run with a minimum pressure of 7cm and turn on EPR full time, set the EPR at 2cm to start.  This should give you more comfort by making it easier for you to breath.

Try the settings for a few days and then post more charts, when you do post please remove the calendar from the page.

Good luck and welcome to the forum

Oscar Data Analysis
Hi all, I've got about a week's worth of sleep using OSCAR and would like your assistance in analyzing the data for the three nights with highest AHI. I am curious as to what changes I can make in my CPAP settings or if I should buy any products to help myself sleep better in using my CPAP. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
