The tutorials are also in my signature line. What I see in the chart posted above is you are using a range of 9.5 to 14.0 cm with Flex off. Your CPAP mostly remains at or near the minimum pressure, which is typical for Philips. You had a single sleep onset OA at about 23:30 and your machine did not even flinch. There is s short break in therapy at 01:15, followed by a session from 01:30 to 02:45 which was terminated following a series of strong flow limitations and significant pressure increase. Those flow limits and pressure increase were a significant disruption to your sleep.

Without going through the whole night, I don't see central events playing any role in your therapy, but you do have a number of OA, FL and snores that are not well treated at current settings, and the RERA and frequent therapy breaks suggest a pretty poor sleep quality. A couple questions; Have you ever tried the AFlex? I think it might help along with a 0.5 cm increase in minimum pressure to 10. Is it possible you may have a sleep position or chin-tuck issue that increases your obstruction at some times of the night?
