Smart rings Anyone using them how do they like them
Got a basic ring for Christmas. Wonder if its worth getting the higher end ones?  which ones have best feature sets for Apnea Sufferers.

Ive seen a few post here on rings.  but they are older and the tech is evolving quickly.

Would love to hear peoples thoughts.
