Snoring due to ramp settings?
Am I snoring earlier on in the night due to ramp? I just find it comfortable to sleep with a low pressure and I know many people prefer the ramp to be off. Last time my flow limits were not the best so I think that is better now since I have changed the soft response to standard response...anything else which I can improve? I really want to stop snoring!

RE: Snoring due to ramp settings?
Switching to a standard response was a good choice. It usually provides better treatment than the soft one.
I suggest increasing your minimum pressure to 8 cm and turning the ramp off.

RE: Snoring due to ramp settings?
I would say yes, the Ramp may be a problem as it holds your pressure locked down to 6, where your median pressure was just short of 8. I would consider turning it off.

RE: Snoring due to ramp settings?
Turn the ramp off. For most people it's like training wheels on a bicycle, only needed by a beginner. Right now you have your minimum pressure set at 7.0, if that's too high of a starting pressure to be comfortable, with EPR set at 3, then you could try lowering it to 6.5 but that may induce snoring.
Raising it to 8.0 is probably good advice. It shouldn't be uncomfortable with EPR set at 3.

RE: Snoring due to ramp settings?
EPR can really help with snoring, but you're not getting your full EPR of 3 until your pressure hits 7. (The machine can't go lower than 4.) So do try turning the ramp off, or setting your ramp pressure to 7.
