OSCAR 1.40 not displaying after importing data

OSCAR 1.40 not displaying after importing data
I have migrated to a new laptop.  The disk image is identical to my previous laptop (both Acer Aspire although different hardware).  Using my old laptop I can load my recent nights CPAP data and it displays correctly.  Using the same SD card on the new laptop results in seeing the stages of loading passing through the normal process including notification that the SD card contents has loaded.

But nothing is displayed after the data loading.  I believe this is related to the GUI interface.  The first time I used OSCAR on the new laptop it gave notification that the display was not compatible with OSCAR current configuration.  The new laptop uses an Intel 620 display controller and the old laptop Intel HD Graphics 5500.

Any suggestions to fix this problem?

1.  I tried to delete OSCAR and download current 1.40 64 bit version with same result.
2.  Reinstalled the display controller driver
