Question
Sorry, another question, this time about Apple health app
So, does anyone here have experience with the Apple health app on their iphones?  I'm confused on how to use it.  Rolleyes Do you need an Apple watch to use it?

There is a section called "sleep" and it lists different selections:

In Bed
Asleeep
REM
Core
Deep

I'd really like the data that this is supposed to give but I don't see a way for the phone to get this data without another device like a watch?

Typically the Health app needs a third party device or app to gather that info and share it with the Health app.
The ViHealth app on your phone can share some of its data with the Health app but it is minimal compared to viewing it in the ViHealth app itself.

So unless you have some device or app that is recording your sleep stages and can share its data with the Health app, there will be no data there.
