Still exhausted after 40 days of CPAP
Hi guys,

I'd like to get your feedback/help since I'm struggling with a lot of fatigue. I have been on CPAP for 40 days after being diagnosed with 15 AIH at first (mostly Apneas), and 22 AIH (1 apnea, 21 hypopneas) after 1 year with a mandibular advancement device.

Last night I was in bed from 1 am to 1 pm. Slept 9:30 hours, and was laying in bed really exhausted for the other 2:30 hours (see Our Ring report).

I had the mask for 9 hours. AIH seems ok (0.89), flow limitation too (0.03 for 95%). (See Oscar Report).

I also monitored my blood saturation with an 02 Ring.

7h00 - between 95% and 100% blood saturation
0h07 - between 90 and 94%

Is it "normal" to be so tired even with CPAP?

Thanks for your feedbacks and support.
