Still exhausted after three months with aPAP

Still exhausted after three months with aPAP
Hello,

I need help from you wonderful people. I've been using my Resmed AirSense 10 for almost three months now and am still suffering from debilitating fatigue and headaches.  I've done a lot of bloodwork and there's supposedly nothing wrong with me except the mild sleep apnea.  I'm new here so if I need to post anything else please just let me know, thank you in advance.

Looks like you could use more pressure. I can't tell from the screenshots you posted but it looks like you may be using EPR 3 as well. Have you already turned ramp off?

If it were me I'd try bumping the pressure by 2 to 9-13 and leaving everything else the same and see what you get after one night. Also, you'll want to fix your leaks as well - have you considered taping your mouth at night? I use 1" fabric tape from CVS and it works great and solved my leak problem.

Thank you for replying!  The EPR was on on my machine (not sure what the 3 means, mine just gives options for on or off). My ramp is still on as well, should I try turning that totally off? Also, should I do this first and see how it goes, THEN turn the pressure up?

As far as leaking air through my mouth, I suspected a few weeks ago this may be an issue because I was waking up with a very sore throat; I bought a chin strap and it's so awful so I only used it a few times. It kept sliding off my head during the middle of the night and messing up my mask, which then would wake me up. I am definitely going to try the taping method to see if that helps!

EPR (Expiratory Pressure Relief) at 3 means pressure is reduced be 3cm of water when you exhale. It can be set to 1, 2, or 3. I recommend you keep it at 3. It's nt only a comfort feature but also reduces flow limitation.
