Success!

Success!
I managed to fall asleep and stay asleep using my mandible advancement device last night! I DID take Ambien to maximize my chance of success but it was a good start! According to my wife I still snores but it was quieter than normal, so solid step in the right direction.

RE: Success!
Good for you.  I hope you continue to get success.  Note that the device will adjust a bit to you and your bite, and you and your bite to it.  You may need some adjustment before too long, and that will be evident if your snoring gets worse.

RE: Success!
I had 2 more successful attempts this past weekend using Benadryl. My wife said I did not snore. I got woken up by the cat at around 5:30am, but managed to fall back asleep till 7:30am when I needed to get up! Next weekend I will attempt to fall asleep using the MAD and no medication.
