Sudden RLS upon lowering EPR
Last night, prior to sleeping, I did set EPR to zero after having tried a setting of 1 cm H2O for about two weeks. My APAP pressures are 7 to 10 cm H2O. I use a full-face mask.
I have never had any restless legs as far as I remember and even didn't know what it really felt like. But now I do!
I could not lie still and it felt awful. After more than an hour, I decided to try to set the EPR back on, and within a quarter I fell asleep like normal.
Does anyone know of this effect? And how can I get back to not using the EPR: I kind of liked the familiar feeling of pressure on my face
