I tried bumping up the humidity to around 5.5 and it dried my nose out completely - turned it to 5.0 seemed ok, 4.5 gave me sinus problems, but not a headache. Put it back to 5 for about a week and still had problems. I'm now trying it without the humidity chamber and so far so good.

Yeah, sometimes too much humidity is as bad as not enough.

I hope you get yer nose figured out soon!
