Symptoms haven't changed, do I need to change settings?
Hello,
I've been using a CPAP for a few years and have never seen a decrease in my hypersomnia or EDS. I've ruled out tons of other causes, I'm wondering if my CPAP has not been effective. Can anyone tell if I need to make any changes based on the last few days of OSCAR data?

CPAP therapy is usually considered 'successful' if the AHI is at 5 or below, and you are quite a bit better than that. Another good metric to look at is the 'Total Time in Apnea' but AFAIK there is no accepted target goal for that.
Your upper pressure limit of 15 is higher than it needs to be based on your graphs, but running in APAP mode will only supply the pressure you need to control apneas and hypopneas.
I'm not an expert, but I don't think your CPAP therapy is ineffective.

Your average 3-day median pressure is 7.48 so you would do well to raise your start pressure to 7.4.
Your flow limits will drop even further if you raise your EPR setting to 3. I suggest you do that.
You are mostly sleeping a bit over 9 hours. I don't think that's hypersomnia. Lots of us feel better when we sleep like that. I don't know anything about EDS, so I can't comment on that.
Again, welcome, and best wishes for achieving great therapy and comfort!

Welcome to the forum, can you post a copy of your sleep report with your data redacted? It is important to know if you had Central apneas during it.
Are you a side sleeper?
I enjoyed the F40 very much, but could not control the leaks when I fell asleep, You posted one night with large leaks, did you tuck your chin to your chest area? A soft cervical collar might help.
Your flow limits are high and are causing pressure swings that would make it hard for me to stay asleep.
Your minimum pressure is too low for and adult, so raise it to 7.6 cm
Could you try a few nights with a minimum of 7.6 cm and a max of 9.6 cm those pressures are close to your median and 95% pressures. This would minimize the pressure swings
Try EPR of 1 or 2, but keep an eye on your flow limits and your flow limit graphs.
