TMJ and Cpap mask question
So I been using cpap for 6 and half years and I had severe dry mouth issues.
I just found out that I have really bad TMJ and I had to order a TMJ repositioning splint.
I was told by My TMJ specialist (who happens to also specialize in Sleep apena and as well as Orodontist) that I will more than likely be wearing the splint for the rest of my life.
She said the splint would hopefully fix my TMJ issue and possibly even fix my dry mouth issues.
I was wondering:
Will TMJ splints work with my ResMed Airtouch F20 mask?
I just got my ResMed Airtouch F20 mask (size medium) and I have 3 extra cushions (all size medium) that's inside the container.
I just didn't know If I need to switch to a Large size ResMed Airtouch cushion or if the medium will still work?
