Taking off Mask

Taking off Mask
Hello!

Overall, I feel like my therapy is going quite well. Thanks to everyone here who has given insight and helped me hone my settings.

One thing that is happening maybe once a week is I'll wake up with my mask off. Seems like I'm taking it off during the middle of the night. Attached is a screenshot of Oscar data leading up to that.

Any thoughts? Slight adjustments needed?

RE: Taking off Mask
Some people who unknowingly remove their masks during the night find that if they tape their mask to their face on the left and right, they eventually learn to stop removing it. This is because they feel the tape removal, and it reminds them to keep it on.
