I searched for sku ResMed | 63476 and found it at an ozzie outlet North Lakes. Is that what you are looking for?

I got mine off ebay USA. I checked ebay Australia and there are a couple of sellers posting pictures of the old style elbow. Just search for "f20 elbow"

How do you determine what minute vent rate is "reasonable" for one's size, and what measures of size?

5-7 is the “normal” range.
Smaller people closer to 5, bigger closer to 7.
CPAPs aren’t very accurate at reading it as leaks affect the result.

Hi elliotg,

I bought an older version of the elbow ( which I use on my F30 mask) last year from CPAPClinc, may be worth a try there.

FWIW if you can't get the older type elbow, just use needle nose pliers to remove the white packing. Optional is to remove that opaque diffuser.

If you are interested in the flow rate of the quiet air diffuser look at my post about 1/3 down on the page. I measured the flow with water and you can draw your own conclusions.
