Last time I posted I still had alot of trouble sleeping with CPAP and also had many leaks (0/20 scores consistently on myAir).  The suggestion to try a full face mask but decided to try a chin strap before making the switch (i only used mouth tape at the time).  Since then, i've been getting better sleep, less leaks, and better scores.   Should i leave my settings the same or try to improve my treatment?  If so, what do you suggest I change in settings?

I included a few oscar screenshots.

Btw, i occasionally wake up middle of the night with the mask off and just put back on adn go back to sleep.  is this bad or preventable?
