APAP for 1 year but no relief
Hi I am new to this forum and I am looking for help with adjusting my APAP settings to hopefully get some relief.
I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea last year and have been using the Dream Station since then with only a few minor changes to try to find relief as I still experience exhaustion, brain fog, etc.
I just downloaded OSCAR and need some help interpreting my data.
Thank you!

Welcome to the forum.
Pretty good but your min pressure is too low. Set your min to 7 to get a better start on events.
You also have enough centrals to keep an eye on them
Re-evaluate tomorrow.

Welcome to the forum, it’s likely the CA’s will reduce if you reduce the flex to 1, I agree with Bonjour an increase of the minimum pressure will help to reduce the number of OA’s
RE: APAP for 1 year but no relief
Do you have a guess about when you fell asleep?

Here's last night's data
I changed min pressure to 7.
Also could you further explain what you mean by enough central apneas?
Thanks!
Probably 30 minutes after 10pm is my guess.
