[Treatment] Any advice?

RE: Any advice?
I don't think you would notice a 1cm difference in min pressure. If you are having trouble exhaling, you could use or increase your EPR to feel more comfortable.

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure.

My take on this is if you can consistently have nightly AHI of 5 or less, I’d have my bias on comfort until or unless the AHI goes above 5 again.

I had thought of that.  Already have my EPR maxed at 3...

Ok makes sense.  I'll try min 9 for a couple of nights to see how it goes.
Thanks for that!

Sorry legrunt, that was for Dormeo's question. The same applies, only it's called flex on your machine, adjust that to be comfortable, some find flex 2 better, it's worth playing with.

RE: Any advice?
Yeah, that balance is a question, but your AHI at 9 cm. is still pretty low, so the comfort might well be worth it. You’ll probably have a better sense of this after some more nights at 9.
