Last night, another 0 AHI.....been awake three hours, no foggy brain other than caused by old age, lol.

I would raise min epap a bit more. To be closer to the 95%, before I raised PS. The better your airway is supported by min epap, the less variation you will have.

For auto-cpap, from machine data or software. You can set the min pressure 1 or 2cm below 95%. Or clinicians commonly use the maximum or 95% pressure for fixed pressure CPAP, this can also be used for min pressure.
