[Treatment] Incompetent ENT? Or sleep clinic? Both?
#11
RE: Incompetent ENT? Or sleep clinic? Both?
There are a lot of physician specialties that can get boarded in sleep medicine if the do a fellowship after residency -- currently Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Neurology, Psychiatry, ENT, Anesthesiology, and Internal Medicine (and related subspecialists). That said I would probably prefer a neurologist, psychiatrist, or pulmonologist. Most of the ENTs that do sleep medicine primarily train on surgical management.
