RE: Luciano Camporese - Therapy Help
I'll attach the ResMed ASV Titration guide for you to look at. Myself, I'd consider trying lower EPAP min and lower PS (yours is Ai). The Ai must have a separation of 5 minimum.
I'm thinking you have some Positional Apnea patterns in that chart. The clusters of events are what I'm referring. Take a look at my signature link for this. You may be tucking your chin to your chest some and kinking the airway. It is an external cause if so.
I would consider keeping ASV Auto mode, lowering EPAP Min, and then Ai Min to 3.
Mask Primer
Positional Apnea
Attach OSCAR, etc.

RE: Luciano Camporese - Therapy Help
Hello,
Thank you a lot for your answer.
Does somebody else has an advice ? Do you think one day I can wake up without having symptoms ?
Best regards
RE: Luciano Camporese - Therapy Help
Luciano, your events are all obstructive and occur in clusters. This is positional apnea as discussed here
https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph...onal_Apnea If you can take measures to prevent chin tucking, by reducing pillow height or using a soft cervical collar to prevent chin-tucking, then we can likely reduce your minimum EPAP pressure and you will certainly feel better. As Dave said, it will help if we can look at an Oscar chart of your daily details. Take time to read the positional apnea wiki I linked.
RE: Luciano Camporese - Therapy Help
Hello @SleepRider,
Thank you a lot for your answer.
I actually have filmed myself while sleeping and it appears that I do not have any chin problems (chin not going down while sleeping)
What then do you think the problem could be ? The basis of the tongue ? The palate ?
Best regards
