Any settings suggestions

Trying to optimize my cpap settings but I'm getting stomach pain from swallowing air. 

I feel like I sleep better with EPR on ramp only but I always wake up with some gas or rarely severe stomach pain.  I usually have EPR on full time at 1 but have been trying no EPR. 

My apnea is low but I am still feeling tired. 

What settings should I change to help with this? Raise min pressure with more EPR?

If you are swallowing air i would suggest to lowering the pressure would help and turn on epr full time at 2, and try to notice at what pressure you are swallowing air

To avoid the aerophagia you want to avoid the event driven pressure increases. The best too you have for that is EPR
Also because EPR will lower your average pressure and thus help your aerophagia.

Id like to see you try EPR=3

@OP - Please remember to update your profile when you change your pressure. Your max is 12 now per charts, but profile says 15.
