My stats!
Hello wonderful people!
I think what yall and Oscar are doing is amazing. Thank you so much for your work <3
Here is my profile:
34 F, 220 Lbs
Diagnosis of sleep apnea, but also autism, bipolar disorder and fibromyalgia (which all impact sleep).
Began CPAP 1.5 years ago!
I was in a huge fog for 3 weeks. I saw huge improvements over the first 8 months, but then it plateaued.
I feel like I need a 10.5-12h nights. I was hoping that would get reduced with the machine but it didn't.
My sleep sucks and I feel exhausted! Even though it's better than before. I can't work full time, and I need a lot of help from my family to do daily tasks.
I also have swollen upper eyelids, had 2 ear infections, and sinus pain since I got the mask. Less than ideal ugh.
Note: I also cannot lose weight even with Ozempic and exercise! My doc used to say it's normal with the sleep apnea, but now if its treated.... why then?
Note 2: I often feel itchy under the mask so I regularly remove the mask 1-2 sec to itch throughout the night (so the leaks are that I think)
