New to APAP & Need Advice
我刚刚购买了ResMed AirSense 11 AutoSet,昨天晚上我睡的时间很长,但是数据看起来比以前要糟糕。原谅我糟糕的英文。

I just purchased the ResMed AirSense 11 AutoSet and I slept a lot last night, but the data looks worse than before.  Forgive my poor English.

Can you translate your questions to English?

I don't know that any of the experts here can read Chinese.

No problem with the mistake, just making a suggestion in hopes of getting you some expert help.

I guarantee my Chinese is worse than your English.Smile

Do you use OSCAR software?
Screenshots of your daily reports help the experts make suggestions to help you.

So...
I'm not an expert but I think it looks quite good.
The experts can likely offer suggestions about settings.

Do you not feel good?

One night is not a trend. If that was your first night you need to give it time.

The numbers look good, especially for a new user. How do you feel?

I notice you are using EPR of 1, and your flow limits are on the high end of acceptable. EPR is the front line tool to deal with flow limits. Try EPR of 3 for a few days and see what that does.

clownbell,

EPR1 is comfortable for me. What worries me is the Flow limit. There were more flow limits last night than before.

Increasing the EPR can help with flow limits.

Plumager, I see a lot of flow limitation, which is partial restriction of the airway that can be the cause of arousals and other events. I recommend a minimum pressure of 8.0, maximum pressure of 12.0 and EPR full-time at 3. I'm sure this will help you feel more rested and will stabilize your pressure, reduce flow limits. I think you will be much happier with these new settings.
