[Treatment] Oscar Data Review

Oscar Data Review
Hi All,

Started treatment last summer.  AHI seems low and my sleep clinic says that it's within spec since it's less than 5.  Sleep study identified 25 events per hour.  Was hoping someone could look at my Oscar data and provide some recommendations for improvement.

Mask is ResMed AirFit P10 Nasal Pillow

Thanks in advance!
Steve

RE: Oscar Data Review
You still have a lot of flow limits and we treat them with EPR but you are already set EPR 3 and that is all the higher your machine can go.  I would raise my min by .4 and continue the .4 increases until the FL are lower.

RE: Oscar Data Review
As your median pressure is 9.92 I suggest you raise your starting pressure to 9 or 10. I think you would be more comfortable and it should help with your flow limits.

You don't need ramp anymore since you have been at this a long while. Turn it off.

Mask:  Bleep DreamPort Sleep Solution and F&P Nova Micro
