I'm not the best at interpreting these but fwiw, since you posted more screenshots of your h, to my layman's eye, 1 is almost certainly central, 1 is quite likely central & the other probably is.

Flex was set to 2 I am turning off tonight to see if it helps. While I'm here, here's some more H's and last nights graphs.

If you ever see one of these monsters, you're not sleeping. Big breath intake at 05:57:45 and a breath-hold with H-events (not real, then a couple breaths, pause, breaths pause.  That is movement, and it seems fairly common for you where events happen. There is no reason you would be aware of it, but restless movements are really disruptive to the breathing flow rate.
