[Treatment] Tonight is the night...Titration
#1
Tonight is the night...Titration
I am finally doing my Titration test tonight.  While I'm not looking forward to sleeping in a strange bed...being wired up and observed all night...I am looking forward to getting it done and getting treatment.

I've been winging it on a loaner machine, and while I do feel some of the results, it will be nice to know the pressure is right where it needs to be.

Now, all I gotta do is figure out what mask is right for me...I think I'm done with the Dreamwear FFM....all I did was fight leaks last night.

So do they let you sleep through this or are they waking you up every so often?

Most of the time they'll leave you alone. They may have to come in if there's a loose connection or they need to try another mask. But usually they'll leave you alone.

Sounds good. I think my only issue will be trying to sleep so early...21:00...I don't normally go to bed until 22:30 to 23:00.

The sleep center I went to had a TV in the room. They know some people need to unwind before they go to sleep. Bring something to read until you get tired.
