Thank you. I think it was anxiety, just as most of my sleep apnea centrals have been.
No anxiety= Very few centrals (two days of back to back 0.00 AHI and a .1 after that was the best 3 day period ever). Would be odd
to go from a week like that to true CSR.
(Had some type of intermittent neuropathy stabbing pain in my foot that woke me up and I started to stress)
Also took Gabapentin for the first time in a long time and that too can mess with your breathing. That's about the time it would have kicked in too
