Trial Ending - a few questions

Trial Ending - a few questions
My 2 week trial with CPAP is coming to an end, and I'm about to go back to my sleep doctor to discuss the next steps.  I think I've managed to get used to the machine, and am managing about 6 hours sleep with it, and I think I'm starting to feel benefits.  I've started exercise for the first time in years, so that's a positive.

Anyway, a few questions about my Oscar thumbnails attached.

The trial pressure has been 4-20 APAP, and it's been getting up to 13, but I struggle a little when it goes over 10.
I'm a little concerned about respiratory rate going high, but I'm not sure it means anything at all.

Anyway I'd like to be armed with the right questions to ask, as I was somewhat overwhelmed when I got the diagnosis and didn't really ask much other than nod.

Cheers

RE: Trial Ending - a few questions
You are using wide-open 4.0 minimum, 20.0 maximum CPAP pressure with EPR full-time at 1. If we set EPR to 3, and increased minimum pressure to 9.0 your pressure would fully stabilize, flow limitations would decrease and it's likely the hypopnea would fully resolve. If you want to try a more minimal move, change minimum pressure to 7.0 and EPR 3 and watch what happens.
