RE: Help interpreting data
Welcome to Apnea Board!

Question:  Did you have a sleep study done?  If yes, did it show any Central Apnea events?  If not, then we won't worry over the few CA events showing on your graph, as they just may be treatment emergent and will lessen in time.

I think we can tweak your settings a bit to give you more comfort and better results.

First, your 95% flow limitation reading is too high at 0.11, and can cause sleep disruptions.  We like to get that at 0.05, preferably below.  So we will keep your EPR setting at 3.  But to see a benefit from using EPR, your minimum setting should be no less than 7cm.   A pressure of 4 is way too low.

Since your median pressure reaches 8.82, let's set your minimum pressure at 9cm.

Summary:

Set minimum pressure at 9cm. (If you feel this is too high, use ramp for a short period of time)
Set maximum pressure at 15cm.
Keep EPR setting at 3 full time.

This should help control the Obstructives, Flow Limitation and Hypopnea.

Nothing is written in stone... try these settings for a few days and repost.

RE: Help interpreting data
I would consider eliminating the Ramp. It's robbing therapy time.

Also, it appears there's hints of Positional Apnea patterns at times. Check to see if you're doing any chin tuck in which this kinks off your airway.
